I’m just a young woman, trying to get healthier in all the ways I can, learn more, and share.

Each week I’ll try to post at least three times with one post each focusing on my journey to a healthier mind, body, and spirit. In addition I’ll try to have a food related post each week. Yes, I know that having healthy food is really about having a healthy body, but there are lot of fun recipes and healthy food ideas that I want to share in addition to other pieces of having a healthy body.
